A site-specific installation created in Gejia Village, Zhejiang, questioning the extractive logic behind many “art empowers the countryside” campaigns. While the team aimed to symbolize empowerment, this work embeds a subtle but deliberate critique from within—challenging idealized narratives and highlighting the tension between imposed frameworks and local agency.


· Collaborated with Harvard CSSA to create a publicly accessible rural art space promoting contemporary rural practice.

· Led a multidisciplinary team of 10+ artists and architects, managing project design, stakeholder engagement, and on-site execution.

· Recognized by People’s Daily and Global Times for advancing rural development through cross-disciplinary action and bottom-up collaboration.
